1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 5-7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Beauty and cosmetic items that have been opened or used

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at zappycart.help@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 14 days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing zappycart.help@gmail.com.

Replacement products will be shipped once the original item has been verified, subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), Zappy-Cart will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The item falls under the non-returnable category.
